These suppliers fulfill our requirements of Quality, Logistic, Specification, Technical data

02. Our Top 10 suppliers must fulfill our Code of Conduct
These suppliers have consider this Code of Conduct from Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. and work accordingly.
The aim is to have the Code of Conduct signed by our chosen top 10 suppliers.

03. New Supplier
The potential new supplier will be audited by purchase and QC.
The outcome, with possible modification being altered, after an agreed time period – will be YES or NO

04. Samples of new component / product
After 03 (see above) has been passed, then a new component / product can be bought.
This include the chosen supplier must at anytime provide documentation, like technical data, cope of certificates (if needed) related to the component/product

05. Payment
Our suppliers will be paid according to mutual agreement.
30 days after products / components have arrived
60 days after products / components have arrived
90 days after products / components have arrived

06. Order confirmation
Any of our suppliers must be able to forward an Order Confirmation, if requested by Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co. Ltd.
This Order confirmation must contain these information:
a. Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. part no.
b. Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. order no.
c. Correct delivered quantity for each component / product
d. Correct price per per component / product

07. Delivery
Our suppliers will supply on time – if for any reason, a shipment is delayed, the supplier is entitled to inform Purchase at Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. as soon this come to the awareness of the supplier.

08. Packaging
Any of our suppliers must provide strong packaging, so the bought component / product arrive at Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. flawless.

09. Delivery note
Any of our suppliers must provide delivery note with the components / products
This delivery note must obtain:
a. Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. part no.
b. Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. order no.
c. Correct delivered quantity for each component / product

10. Free delivery
Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. work with suppliers, who can fulfill this term

11. Warranty
Minimum 2 years from our suppliers

12. Claims, discovered at our IPQC:
a. The shipment is returned in order to be sorted, so only approved components will be forwarded
b. The shipment will be sorted at our factory, by employees from supplier
c. The shipment will be sorted at our factory, by our staff, the cost will be covered by supplier – however Purchese need to have written permition from the supplier in question

Terms of Sales
(including our guarantee)

0.   Prices: Ex Works – Incoterms 2010 / US$
Samples: 100% prepaid – if no others agreement

1.   Payments: 
Orders, paid 30% down payment with the order of the costumer. Balance to paid before shipment.

2.   Delivery time: 
Samples – no OEM / ODM products – maximum up to 7 working days.
Orders for known products, 4 weeks (20 working days).
Any given order, Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd will send you an order confirmation – every time.
Chinese Holidays may extend the delivery time. Especially Chinese New Year (CNY) / Spring Festival, which normally take place in February.
Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd . will always inform upfront – in good time – when to place orders, in order to get them shipped out before CNY.

3.   Payment can be done like this:

Pay T/T to our Bank:

4.   Papers related to your Inquiry / Order:
We will send you an Offer / Quotation
We will send you an Order Confirmation based on your order
We will send you an invoice
We will send you tracking code, if your order is sent by air/courier
We – always – send out a QC report with each order

5.   Shipment:
Air:
We use forwarder of the costumer
We use our UPS account for guarantee the delivery time – higher cost.
We use broker, to save cost but lead time can be longer if we use UPS, directly.
Ship:
We use costumers transport forwarder

6.   Warranty:
6.1. Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd guarantee 24 months from production date unless otherwise is state in order confirmation.
6.2. Any claims must be forwarded in an email to your daily contact person, with description of the fault,, if different faults, then clearly specify each fault and the quantity for each fault. Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd prefer to have photos as well, of the claimed product(s), please send to your daily contact person at Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd
6.3. Based on the description of the fault combined with photos, Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd may ask for you to return the faulty product(s) for further investigation. This is done in order to prevent similar faults to happen again.The return cost, is our responsibility.
6.4. Once the fault is accepted by us, Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd will provide a replacement, free of charge with the next order, from the costumer in question – and the warranty period is not overdue.

7.   Delay in Shipment.
Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd order confirmation is valid, when it is issued.
Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd will not be liable or in breach of agreement for delivery within a reasonable time following the dates provided.
In the event of a delay in shipment,Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd will send notification.
Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd is not liable for delays in delivery or performance resulting from incorrectly provided information. Nor is Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd liable for delays caused by circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.

8.   Packaging:

Very strong reliable packaging is been used to secure the products to arrive at costumer, safely.

Prices are given based on neutral white inner boxes and neutral brown master box

9.   Production date on all our products.
This production date is to be found on the PCBA board inside the product itself, visible, on all our products

10.  General remarks:
10.1. Orders are started once Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd has received the fully agreed amount in our account, which means Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd has no liability if the financial institution refuses to accept the transaction for any reason.
10.2. Return policy is as follows:
a.Once accepted by Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd , the costumer can send back the products and add a copy of our original invoice.
b.The products must be in flawless packaging condition, once the parcel arrive here – otherwise the repackaging will be on the expense of the costumer in question.
c.The price reduction is minimum 20% – of the original price. However if the price for the product in question has been lowered by Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd since the original buy, the new price will be used for the calculation for the amount which have to be sent to the costumer in question.
d.The return cost is paid 100% by the costumer in question
10.3. Costumer, who buy from Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd has accepted our terms of Sales.The terms can only be altered by a signed contract between the costumer in question and Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd or in email from our Sales to the costumer in question.
10.4. Limitation of liability
Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd is not responsible or liable for any form of direct, punitive, special, incidental, consequential or any indirect damages of any kind or type whether such damages are based in a claim or tort, warranty, contract, strict liability or other causes of action, arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with any Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd ‘s product or its use.
10.5. Indemnifications
Any of Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd costumers agree to indemnify, defend and hold Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd and it employees/owner harmless from any claims, damage, cost and expenses (including – but not limited to – attorney’s fee, arising from or related to the misuse of Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd ‘s products.
10.6. Policy modifications and amendments.
Shenzhen Brojen Electronic Technology Co., Ltd . reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this website. Changes will be effective immediately upon their posting.Online modifications and amendments supersede any printed version/copy of these policies, terms and conditions.
